Launch pricing is the lowest price a layout will ever carry, and the full inventory is open — you get first choice of corner plots, garden-facing plots and main-road frontage. Those positions are typically gone within the first few weeks.

Is a new launch riskier than a completed layout?

Not when the layout is NMRDA sanctioned and MahaRERA registered before booking opens, which is the case for every Mauli Infratech launch. The sanctioned plan, the RERA registration and the title search report all exist on day one — you can verify them before you pay anything.

How do I hear about the next launch first?

Register your requirement with your budget and preferred corridor. We call registered buyers before the public price list is released, which is usually a two to three week head start.
