Plot sizes, layout plans, images, amenities, prices, availability and timelines shown on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract. Any purchase is governed solely by the booking application, the agreement to sell and the registered sale deed executed between you and us.
2. RERA disclaimer
Mauli Infratech is registered as a real estate agent with MahaRERA under registration number A50400043485. Individual projects carry their own MahaRERA registration numbers, which are published on each project page.
You are strongly encouraged to independently verify every registration number on the official MahaRERA portal at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before making any payment. Rely on the authority’s records, not on this website.
3. Images and visualisations
Photographs, renders and layout illustrations are for representation only. Actual site conditions, plot dimensions and completed infrastructure may differ. Always inspect the plot on the ground and confirm dimensions against the sanctioned layout plan.
4. No investment advice
Statements about appreciation, returns or market trends are general commentary based on our experience of the Nagpur market. They are not a forecast, a guarantee or investment advice. Property values can fall as well as rise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
