Mauli Infratech ("we", "us") collects a small amount of personal information from people who enquire about plots. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to a property enquiry and, where you proceed, to complete a transaction.
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, city, email address and the content of your message.
- Enquiry preferences: budget range and the project or locality you are interested in.
- For buyers who proceed to booking: identity and address proof, PAN, and bank details, as required by law for registration and for anti-money-laundering compliance.
- Basic technical information from your browser (pages visited, approximate location, device type) if analytics is enabled on this site.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits, send price lists and layout plans, prepare booking and registration documents, and assist with bank loan applications where you ask us to.
We may contact you about other layouts we develop if you have enquired with us. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
3. WhatsApp enquiries
The enquiry form on this website composes a message and opens WhatsApp on your device. The message is only sent when you press send inside WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with other developers or brokers.
- Banks and housing finance companies — only when you ask us to prepare a loan file.
- Advocates and the office of the sub-registrar — only as required to draft and register a sale deed.
- Government authorities — where disclosure is required by law, including under RERA and tax legislation.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to three years from your last contact with us. Transaction and registration records are retained for the period required under Indian tax, RERA and property law, which may be considerably longer.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it, and withdraw consent to marketing contact.
7. Security
We keep physical documents in a locked office and restrict digital access to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, sector-standard precautions.
